About our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Swindon Broome hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Our warm and friendly team is looking forward to welcoming a new Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to help us give children the best start in life. We offer both part-time and full-time positions.

Role Responsibilities
  • As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Encourage and celebrate children’s development and achievements.
  • Most importantly... have FUN!

*Requirements: You must hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
