Busy Bees Gloucester is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within our nursery. You will contribute to a nurturing learning space and be part of a team dedicated to high-quality education using the Bee Curious curriculum.

You will plan engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and assist with observations to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding; strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
