Busy Bees Derby Oakwood is looking for an Early Years Educator to support children’s development in a warm, inclusive setting. You’ll plan engaging activities, deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, and act as a Key Person building strong relationships with families.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Derby Oakwood, rated "Good" by Ofsted, provides a nurturing environment where your little one can thrive with a capacity of 110 children. Our nursery features a fantastic range of fun-filled activities and engaging resources that ensure children come on leaps and bounds during their time with us. That's why our large, refurbished garden is divided into three areas catering to different age groups, allowing children to explore their imagination and take safe risks under adult supervision while enjoying the fresh air. What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
