We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s wonderful nursery in LE19. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, a love for working with children, and the ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 3 months - 5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a safe and stimulating environment
• Plan and implement developmental activities
• Observe and track children’s progress
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Work closely with parents and staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
• Awareness of safeguarding and child protection policies
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
• Experience in observation and assessment of children’s development
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
