Qualifications

• An Ofsted recognised Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification is required.
• Experience of working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is necessary.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily routine of the nursery
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Work in partnership with parents/carers and children s families
• Be an effective key person
• Ensure that children are kept safe and that all legislation in relation Health & Safety and Safeguarding is complied with
• Ensure all children benefit from diverse and enriching play experiences
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Observe, support and extend each child s learning and development and maintain the relevant paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children

Essential Skills and Experience

• An Ofsted recognised Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
• Experience of working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
