Are you NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified in Early Years and Childcare? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in a well-established nursery setting? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Nursery Practitioners for our established nursery in Uxbridge. You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children. Your responsibilities will include planning and assessing activities based on children's individual needs, supporting their development, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals. A commitment to safeguarding and creating an inclusive environment is essential.

You will join a highly skilled, customer-focused team that values staff development and aims to give children the best start in life. Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities

1. Create stimulating play activities indoors and outdoors
2. Conduct and document observations
3. Plan activities for your key children
4. Provide personal care for children
5. Maintain daily records of children's activities
6. Share information effectively with parents
7. Participate in team meetings

Minimum Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education
• Genuine passion and interest in working with children
• Team player with initiative
• Punctual and reliable
• DBS check and registered on the update service

Experience

• Childcare experience: 1 year (preferred)
