Qualifications

Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioner to work part time or full time with children aged 0-5 in a nursery/preschool setting. Standard hours for the day would vary between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Teacher / Room Leader in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
- Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide individualised care to meet the needs of each child, including those with special requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Support children with SEN 1:1 if necessary

Requirements:
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
- A Nursery / Early Years Qualification of Level 2 or higher is essential
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Applicants must be aged 18+
- Experience working with children with SEN is desired, but not essential
