• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure required standards are delivered.
• Allocate children to keycarers and ensure EYFS requirements are met.
• Provide professional feedback to parents about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents.
