As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with children and their families, and ensuring the overall well-being and development of each child in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Child Care and Development:
•Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
•Create a stimulating and safe environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and social interaction.
2.Relationship Building:
•Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
•Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
3.Health and Safety:
•Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
•Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments.
4.Team Collaboration:
•Collaborate with fellow Nursery Practitioners and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
•Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
5.Record Keeping:
•Maintain accurate records of each child's development, activities, and any incidents.
•Complete necessary administrative tasks related to the role.

Qualifications and Skills:
•Minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
•Previous experience in a similar role within an early years setting.
•Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
