Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming team. You will plan and deliver activities to support children's development, maintain a safe, nurturing EYFS environment, and build strong relationships with families. A Level 2+ Early Years qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding and child protection policies.
