What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting children aged 0-5 in their play, learning and development

Following EYFS frameworks and contributing to a safe, nurturing environment

Assisting with daily routines including feeding, changing, and settling

Working closely with nursery staff and leaders to ensure a consistent standard of care

Bringing bags of energy, warmth, and creativity to each setting you work in!

What We’re Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in an early years setting

Flexibility to travel within Chelmsford and nearby areas

A kind, caring and positive attitude with a love for working with children

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Reliability, punctuality, and confidence to adapt to new environments
