Job summary

Thrive Childcare & Education in Warrington is seeking an Early Years Support Worker to engage with children from 3 months to 5 years, in indoor and outdoor settings, supporting development and daily routines. This role is a zero-hour contract with flexible hours and opportunities for training and progression.

Applicants may be qualified or unqualified; Thrive provides training and DBS checks, with a supportive team and a commitment to outdoor, nature-based learning.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
