Grandir UK Limited in Milton Keynes is hiring a Nursery Practitioner for the Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Caldecotte. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12pm-6pm, with a focus on caring for and supporting children.

You will promote high standards of care, support EYFS practices, and contribute to a positive team environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.71–£13.60) with regular pay reviews and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge and experience preferred.
• Caring and patient with children.
• Strong communication with parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of care in the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Allocate children to keycarers and ensure EYFS compliance.
• Provide feedback to parents about their child's progress.
• Support recruitment and promotion of the nursery to families.
