Refresh Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) in Reigate. The role offers 40 hours weekly, over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday, within an Outstanding nursery. You will support learning through play, ensure safe and inclusive care, and implement the EYFS framework to help children thrive.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 2/3 in Childcare or Early Years, have nursery experience, strong communication, teamwork and a passion for early development.

Qualifikationen

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A sound understanding of child development and early years best practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and development.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
