Job description

Our lovely Nursery in Barnet, The Hyde Day Nursery, is looking for an experienced Level 3 or above nursery practitioner to join their growing team, supporting in the Baby room. Working a 38-hour week, the salary is up to £30,845 depending on qualification and experience, with great benefits.

The Hyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, based in High Barnet, in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registered for 88 children, our setting is minutes away from green spaces, which the Nursery takes full advantage of in all weather, with access through the nursery to outdoor gardens.

Requirements
  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children appropriate to their age and development stage.
  • Enhance the daily needs of children, including physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
  • Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
  • Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Hold a qualification at Level 3 or above and have at least 1 year of experience working in a Nursery.
