Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Practitioner looking for a new role in a welcoming and supportive setting? A well-established nursery in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and provide high-quality care and early years education to children aged 0-5. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about child development and thrives in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the daily routines and activities within the nursery setting

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Observing and recording children's development, and contributing to progress reports

• Working closely with parents and carers to support children's individual needs

• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, caring, and patient approach to working with children

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
