Nursery Practitioner

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of an excellent company that is currently recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their fantastic Term-Time setting near Weybridge, Surrey. They provide Ofsted Outstanding out-of-school childcare and have maintained this rating since their opening in 2002.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS.
2. Implement the EYFS in planning activities.
3. Build strong relationships with the team, children, and parents/carers.
4. Understand the importance of assessment and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks.
5. Maintain records of children’s development and learning journeys, sharing these with parents, carers, and professionals.
6. Participate in out-of-hours activities such as training and staff meetings.
