Job summary

GSL Education recherche un praticien de crèche niveau 2 ou 3 pour rejoindre une installation d'éducation des jeunes enfants à Pevensey. Le candidat idéal aura une qualification pertinente et une passion pour le soutien du développement des enfants. Ce poste à plein temps implique de soutenir l'apprentissage basé sur le jeu et de créer un environnement inclusif.

Qualifications

• Expérience en milieu d'éducation de la petite enfance.
• Familiarité avec les procédures de sauvegarde.
• Compétences dans la planification d'activités liées à l'EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir les enfants âgés de 0 à 5 ans par l'apprentissage ludique.
• Planifier et livrer des activités en accord avec les résultats de l'EYFS.
• Assumer la responsabilité d'un groupe d'enfants clés.

Are you a nurturing and qualified Nursery Practitioner with a passion for early years education?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in Pevensey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework and taking on key person responsibilities.

About the Role:

Support children aged 0–5 through child-led and play-based learning

Plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS outcomes

Take responsibility for a group of key children, including observations and progress tracking

Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 early years qualification

Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum

Familiar with safeguarding procedures and confident in implementing them

Passionate about supporting children’s early development
