Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of an allocated nursery room. You must be NVQ level 3 or equivalent and will train and develop staff while ensuring children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

You will apply knowledge of child development to provide learning experiences that meet all-round development and contribute to the team's overall success. Enhanced DBS checks will be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Knowledge of child developmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the allocated room.
• Provide a range of stimulating learning experiences to support all-round development.
• Ensure children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Lead and mentor nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education.

Nursery Room Leader

A qualified nursery room leader responsible for the day to day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery. You must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent. An important role in training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills. You will be required to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. You will also need to have a sound understanding of a child's developmental requirements and to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet children's all round development. Successful Nursery Room Leader will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
