Job description

Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Park Gate, Southampton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

  • Promoting high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences
  • Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children
  • Providing rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s ages and stages
  • Supporting children’s activities and development
  • Maintaining effective daily management in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
  • Ensuring practice complies with the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Supporting and mentoring students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare
