Job description

Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have a caring nature and a love for nurturing young children? We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and dynamic team in Hackney!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, well being, and development.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
  • Observe, assess, and document children progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.
  • Follow all safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Passionate about child development and creating a positive impact on young lives.
