Job summary

Here To Help Recruitment is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our flexible temporary nursery team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will support daily care, engage children in play and learning activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer competitive pay (£16.65–£18.00 per hour), flexible scheduling and opportunities for part-time or full-time shifts. A free Safeguarding course and DBS assistance are provided to help you start quickly.

Qualifications

• Childcare qualifications at Level 2 or Level 3.
• Current Enhanced DBS check (assistance to obtain one).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily care of children in the nursery.
• Engage children in educational and play activities.
• Support the Nursery Manager in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
• Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all children.
