Nursery Nurse

Location: Winterbourne Earls, Salisbury
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to professional development

Desirable:

  • Experience in Early Years setting
  • First Aid, Safeguarding & Food Hygiene training (training can be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, caring “home from home” environment
  • Plan and deliver fun, educational activities
  • Maintain records and reports
  • Build strong relationships with children and parents
  • Support Room Leader in high-quality childcare delivery
  • Communicate with families via app, meetings, and reports
  • Follow all safeguarding and company policies
