Job Title: Level 2/Level 3 Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 2/Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at a modern nursery with a strong reputation and a Good Ofsted rating. Located conveniently for public transport and accessible via the A12 and train from Romford into London, our nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years, operating full-time from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, 51 weeks per year excluding Bank Holidays.

Requirements:

• A warm, friendly demeanor that makes every child feel special
• Enjoys outdoor activities in all weather conditions
• Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential)
• Over 1 year's experience in Early Years (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide stimulating, age-appropriate experiences and environments for children
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Support the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Report concerns or complaints to management appropriately
• Implement a strong key person approach for secure attachments
• Participate in team meetings and stay updated on policies and procedures
