Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Redhill, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team.

You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

• Promote high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
• Ensure children receive rich and stimulating experiences suitable for their age and development
• Support and prepare children’s activities
• Maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment in absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage standards
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare
