Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Salary: Up to £28,000
40 hours per week, all year round

Our client, a well-established nursery, is currently looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to thrive in a supportive, engaging, and values-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 in Early Years an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting with sound knowledge of the EYFS.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing and developing young children.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, caring, and stimulating environment that meets the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development, sharing updates with families and carers.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote trust and collaboration.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment in line with health and safety and safeguarding policies.
  • Support an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels respected, valued, and understood.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in regular team meetings, training, and reflective practice.
