Grandir UK’s Head Start Nursery in Milton Keynes Village is hiring an Early Years Practitioner. You will care for and support children, helping them thrive daily, with a focus on curiosity and development. The role is 8am-3pm, 42 weeks a year, offering strong benefits and genuine career progression.

You’ll join a caring, child‑focused team in a supportive environment that values wellbeing and flexible working options. A DBS check is required and dedicated training is provided.

Formación

• EYFS knowledge and compliance experience.
• Caring, enthusiastic, and child-focused approach.
• Ability to support and supervise nursery staff.

Responsabilidades

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

What Will You Be Doing
