Our nursery boasts a spacious outdoor garden and is proud to offer a Forest School provision, giving children the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow in nature. With a supportive and inclusive team, we believe in nurturing both the children and our staff members to thrive.

What the setting can offer:

Salary: £13 per hour
Flexible Hours: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional flexibility for 7:30 AM 4:30 PM shifts)

Your Role:
As an Early Years Educator, youll play a key role in shaping young minds by:

  • Delivering the EYFS curriculum in a way thats tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Creating an inclusive, stimulating environment where every child feels valued, including those with diverse backgrounds and special needs.
  • Organising both indoor and outdoor spaces to ensure a safe, engaging setting that supports learning.
  • Writing observations and reports on your key children, helping to track their development and progress.
  • Assisting with personal care, including nappies, toilet training, and supporting childrens daily routines.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
  • A real passion for working with children and helping them grow in their early years
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, fun, and engaging early years education
