This prepares our children for an effortless transition into pre-prep education and beyond.

Job Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in delivering the provision of a full-year, broad-based, rich, and academically excellent curriculum for our 6-month to 4-year-old children as they prepare for transition to an academic prep school. You will join the Nursery team, playing your part in the delivery of high-quality, academically focused early years education whilst providing a safe, nurturing environment within which our children can grow.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  1. Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  2. Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  3. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:

  1. Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months – 4 years.
  2. Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging.
  3. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Schedule: 40 hour week, flexible working patterns within Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
