Summary


We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Thornton Heath. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of young children, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support that aligns with our Montessori philosophy.
Responsibilities


Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the nursery's educational programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. A genuine passion for working with young children.
