Are you an experienced or Qualified Nursery Practitioner/ EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a role in an EYFS school?

Location: North Liverpool area

MILK Education is partnering with a local primary school in North Liverpool that is seeking experienced Nursery Nurses / EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their EYFS team. The roles involve working in their pre-school class for 2-4-year-olds and another nursery class.

The school operates Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, and features sensory and outdoor learning environments.

Previous experience working with children (Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar) is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting children with phonics in small groups and one-to-one settings — full training provided.
• Delivering high-quality activities and experiences tailored to children's individual needs and interests.
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress using the EYFS framework.
• Supporting social and emotional development and promoting positive behavior.
• Following EYFS policies and procedures, ensuring health and safety for children and staff.
• Having eligibility to work in the UK or being a UK resident.
• Providing two suitable references covering the last 3 months or more.
• Demonstrating drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
