Qualifications

What you will be doing:
Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure children thrive.
Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain their happy nursery.

Requirements of the role:
Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Childcare
One year Nursery experience
