Join Kiddi Caru Nursery in Hitchin, part of Grandir UK, as a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years. You will care for, support, and engage children through stories and fun activities, meeting their developmental needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of quality in the environment, resources, and experiences.
  • Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children.
  • Providing rich, stimulating experiences suitable for each child's age and stage.
  • Supporting children's activities and maintaining effective daily management in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
  • Ensuring practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Mentoring students and unqualified staff to uphold high childcare standards.
