Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Salary: GBP12-GBP15 per hour

TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with an established brand where they offer their customers an opportunity to place their children in an onsite creche. They are currently looking for Nursery Practitioners in central Southampton, you will be working with children aged 3-10 . The creche provides exceptional care where they work on a 1:8 ratio. For any children that have addition SEN requirement the team can also offer 1:1. They ensure all staff are well trained so they can best support the children within their care.

The creche is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join their team. The right Nursery Practitioner will be supported by the team, whilst gaining experience working with children across ages 3 10 years. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be enthusiastic about joining the nursery and learning new skills and be flexible in their approach to how children learn.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Be eager to learn new skills and gain new knowledge working with in a creche setting
• Be enthusiastic about undergoing various training in different areas across the age groups, such as Safeguarding and the rules of the play areas
• Have a caring and positive approach to working with young children
• Be able to work various shifts as the facility is open 7 days a week
