Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Level 3-qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Swanscombe. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, within a safe environment that supports exploration and development.

You will have a strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents, contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning community.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
