Job description

Acer Recruitment need you if you are a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. We are recruiting for one of our favourite, Ofsted rating Good, clients in Welling, Bexley. This is a lovely setting and the client is looking for someone to work the following:


Hourly rate: £13.50/hour


Working Hours: 8am-6pm 3 Full days per week (days are flexible)


The role is for a small and friendly nursery. They pride themselves on being child-focused and are held in high regard by the local community. They achieved a good level during the last OFSTED inspection and are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff who can deliver our commitment to good quality childcare.


You will be an excellent role model and support colleagues to perform to the best of their ability. You will uphold the preschool values, and put each child's wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.


Specific Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and promote the EYFS and ensure its delivery within the setting and that the principles aims are adhered to.
  2. Ensuring all children activities are planned and the seven areas of learning are covered.
  3. To supervise the development, preparation and execution of the daily lesson plans and ensure that each session runs smoothly and without repetition.
  4. To check all reports, monthly programmes and activities as required.

Requirement:
  1. Level 3 Childcare qualification
  2. Minimum 1 years' experience within a childcare establishment
  3. Able to apply best practices and make evaluative judgements
  4. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  5. Passion, integrity and energy
