Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Across a variety of nurseries in Grays and surrounding areas
Salary: £13.67 - £15 per hour

At Protocol, we collaborate with a dynamic group of nurseries in Grays and the surrounding areas that are dedicated to providing exceptional early years education in an environment where children’s development is our top priority. We are looking for a committed and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our enthusiastic teams across multiple settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children across a range of nurseries.

Support children's development and learning through engaging activities and play.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Assist with planning, observations, and assessments in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery environment.

Promote inclusive practices to ensure every child's individual needs are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Previous experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting.

A genuine passion for working with young children.

A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding policies.
