About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support and guide young children through their daily routines and learning experiences in line with Montessori principles and EYFS framework.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and creative activities that promote holistic development.

• Work collaboratively with a passionate team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Support children s individual learning journeys and celebrate their achievements.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you must have:

• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3 minimum).

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• A strong understanding of the EYFS and a passion for Montessori or child-led learning approaches.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one through us).
