The School and Role:

We are seeking an Early Years Educator (Level 3) to work either full time in a nursery in Crawley. You will nurture and stimulate children aged 0-5 while fostering their academic, personal, and social growth. The role involves working Monday to Friday with hours varying between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, aligned with the nursery's opening times. You will join a dedicated, friendly team passionate about giving children a strong start in education by teaching independence and teamwork.

The nursery is located on multiple acres of land, offering an outdoor forest school and classrooms. It caters to children aged 0-5 and emphasizes outdoor learning, including activities by the beach and sea. The nursery is expanding soon, making this an exciting opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts.
