Pippa’s House Day Nursery in Claygate is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The role offers a warm, supportive environment with strong team culture and a real focus on staff wellbeing and development.

We are part of Grandir UK and located in Claygate with convenient access from nearby areas. You will play a vital role in supporting children's development, SEN/D needs, and working closely with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between parents and staff for children with special educational needs and disabilities
• Advise and support other Nursery Practitioners regarding children with SEN/D
• Ensure that appropriate Individual Education Plans are in place
• Ensure that relevant background information about children with SEN/D is collected, recorded, and updated
• Keep up to date with initiatives and best practice
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff

What Will You Be Doing

• Acting as a liaison between parents and staff for children with special educational needs and disabilities
