Job Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner (Term-Time Only)

Location: Burnley
Hours: 8:45am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent

We are currently hiring for a welcoming and nurturing nursery school setting in Burnley, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our passionate team.



What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (essential)

  • Proven experience working in an early years setting

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature



Your Role Will Include:

  • Creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5

  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

  • Supporting children's learning, development, and personal growth

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Monitoring and recording children's progress and development
