Job summary

Completely Care is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for Reading, offering flexible hours and immediate start. Join a trusted childcare recruitment agency providing work across nurseries and preschools in Reading.

You will support children’s development under the EYFS, create safe and stimulating environments, and collaborate with permanent staff across settings. DBS checks or willingness to obtain are required, with travel to different nurseries.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous nursery or preschool experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible, professional approach and ability to travel to different settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development following the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for ages 0–5.
• Assist with routines and deliver play-based learning activities.
• Work alongside permanent nursery staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
