About the Role:

Five Education is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS SEN Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in South Bristol. This position involves working with children with special educational needs in the early years foundation stage. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging learning activities, supporting individual children's needs, and collaborating with parents and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement tailored educational activities for children with SEN.
2. Support children in their learning and development.
3. Work closely with parents and caregivers to enhance children's progress.
4. Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience working with children in an educational setting.
2. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
3. Understanding of special educational needs.
4. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
