GSL Education are looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery in Boscombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to help young children grow and learn in a safe and fun environment. Whether you’re an experienced Nursery Practitioner or a University student looking to gain experience, this is the perfect role for you!

About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help children explore, learn, and develop in a supportive setting. You will work alongside other staff to create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning and delivering fun activities to support children’s development.
• Help children with daily routines, including play, eating, and learning.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social skills in a nurturing environment.
• Support children with their personal and emotional development.
• Build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young children (a qualification in childcare is an advantage).
• University students are also encouraged to apply.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
