Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Basingstoke, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You will be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

• Promoting high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences.
• Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Providing rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s age and development.
• Preparing and supporting children’s activities.
• Maintaining effective day-to-day management in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
• Ensuring practice complies with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Supporting and mentoring students and unqualified staff to ensure high-quality childcare.
