Role overview

There is an exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting skill mix team delivering Health Visiting services in Hounslow. We are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse to work within our skill mix team to offer well child clinics, health reviews and packages of care to families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver well child clinics, health reviews and packages of care to families across various community settings including homes, clinics, hotels, refuges, early years settings, Family Hubs & children’s centres.
• Work flexibly across the three Hounslow localities depending on service need.

• Experience in Early Years development is essential.
