  • Location: Bishops Frome, WR6
  • Salary: £19,344 - £29,016
  • Shifts: 24-36 Hours per week | Night shifts
  • Contract: Permanent | Paid Training & DBS Costs

Meet Our Client
A wonderful baby boy, who is awaiting discharge from hospital, ahead of his return to his family home in Worcester. You'll provide essential care overnight, remaining vigilant, promptly responding to his care needs and managing his clinical interventions including, Tracheostomy Care and Enteral Feeding. In addition, you'll promote a calming environment and be on hand to offer cuddles and reassurance throughout the night, helping him settle back to sleep.
Applicants must be able to travel to Birmingham Children's Hospital during the shadowing period. Travel expenses will be reimbursed

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience as a Nursery Nurse or Childcare Practitioner, with a strong passion for supporting children and young people.
We're looking for individuals who are:
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Confident in working with children and young people in a hands-on care environment
  • Committed to learning new clinical skills and advancing their career in complex care

While clinical experience is not essential, you must be willing to undertake comprehensive training in areas such as:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation management
  • Gastrostomy care (PEG feeding)
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling
