We offer flexible and part-time working hours between 7am and 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  1. Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
  2. Supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and maintain performance standards.

  3. Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  4. Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
What can we offer you?

  • Learning and Development: Support through supervisions, personal development plans, learning resources, and our award-winning LEAP Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Discounts and Perks: Up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, and 60% off childcare fees—potentially saving you up to £7,000 annually.
  • Wellbeing: Access to wellness resources and tools, including financial and mental wellbeing apps.
  • Doing Good Together: Up to 3 days off to volunteer during working hours.

Our child-centric approach emphasizes fun, nurturing a kinder and more considerate generation. Your skills in education and development will help us achieve outstanding ratings from colleagues, families, and children alike.
