About the role:

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am and 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks, we have positions to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

1. Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
2. Supporting the education and development of your key children through excellent teaching and learning practices.
3. Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone who can achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
2. An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
3. Open, honest, and compassionate nature.
4. Inspiration and passion for early years and working with children.
