About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills you need to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with the option of 2-4 day working weeks available. We have positions to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  • Work in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate.
